Japanese Matcha Workshop by OFF.AT.5PM, offers an authentic 2-hour matcha experience at a discounted price. Participants will learn about the differences between fermented tea, non-fermented tea, and processed tea, explore matcha history and traditional production methods, and master the art of tea whisking (點茶). The workshop includes recognition of tea ceremony tools, distinguishing different types of tea whisks (茶筅), hands-on practice making both thin tea (薄茶) and thick tea (濃茶), and creating several matcha-based beverages. Available Monday to Sunday from 10:00-22:00, this workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Japanese tea culture suitable for all levels.
