The menu features several dining options including the Destination Lantau: A Culinary Discovery tasting menu, Super Value Wednesday featuring Australian Lamb Rack, Weekend Escape Brunch, and an A La Carte Menu. The restaurant operates throughout the day with breakfast service starting from 6:30am on weekdays and weekends, lunch from 12pm to 3pm, and dinner from 6pm to 11pm. The Enclave maintains a proper dress code policy, not allowing slippers, flip-flops, bathrobes, singlets, and gym wear.
