Don Pedro is a candlelit 35-seat neighbourhood steakhouse on Second Street in Sai Ying Pun — beef from the same farms that supply Buenos Aires’ Parrilla Don Julio, with 75-day dry-aged ribeye and 40-day tenderloin cut in-house. Start with beef empanadas or charcuterie, share a steak with Malbec, and save room for the namesake Don Pedro dessert (gelato, walnuts, whisky).
