FOODSPORT turns 13 — and what better way to celebrate than hitting the pavement together? To mark this milestone, FOODSPORT is hosting a special 13th Anniversary 5K Community Run, tracing a meaningful route that reflects the organisation's years of dedication to its mission: transforming sport into food for those in need. Participants will set off from Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground and run up to Grids Hill (Lok Fu Service Reservoir Recreation Ground), where a panoramic view of Kowloon City awaits — a landscape that carries the memories of a bustling neighbourhood, and the echoes of planes once flying overhead. To honour 13 years of running for a cause, all participants are encouraged to wear any past FOODSPORT event T-shirt — whether from "Foodie Run" or "Burnathon 6000" — any edition from the past 13 years is welcome. No FOODSPORT tee? No worries — just throw on something yellow to keep the spirit alive! This run is a celebration of every volunteer, supporter, sponsor, and partner who has been part of the journey. Under the Lion Rock, we run — not just for fitness, but for hunger.
