As the sun dips below the Victoria Harbour skyline, K11 MUSEA transforms its rooftop into an immersive cocktail destination — welcome to Sips by the Sea, a limited-run sky-high cocktail journey set against one of Hong Kong's most iconic waterfront backdrops. Running every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from 16 to 31 May 2026, the event takes place at the 6/F Sculpture Park of K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui. Expect a stellar lineup drawn from Asia's 50 Best Bars, each bringing their craft to this open-air urban garden perched above the city. Highlighting the experience are five exclusive cocktails specially crafted for K11 MUSEA — a tasting journey where world-class mixology meets golden-hour light and curated art installations. The series culminates with Sip & Spin on 6 June, a high-energy cocktail party presented by Social Club Series, closing out the run on a celebratory high. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or simply chasing the perfect sunset, this is the place to be this May.

The Peninsula × Star Ferry "World Star" — Victoria Harbour Afternoon Tea & Cocktail Cruise

Back by popular demand this autumn, The Peninsula Hong Kong and Star Ferry's "World Star" once again set sail across Victoria Harbour for an extraordinary on-water experience. The Afternoon Tea Cruise invites guests to savour a curated selection of Peninsula delicacies aboard the "World Star", gliding past Tsim Sha Tsui, West Kowloon, both shores of the harbour, and the Stonecutters Bridge — all to the sound of live music.
