This event showcases more than 100 creative baked goods and related products, featuring freshly baked artisanal breads, bagels, pastries, waffles, and other innovative baked creations that highlight the vitality and creativity of Hong Kong's local bakery scene. Popular brands making appearances include 33 Cubread, Hang Seng Stories, Yuchen Bakery, Baking Table Culture, Four Happiness Bakery, Kwan Heung Bakery, Little Baking Lab, Justbread, Taste + Bakery, MY B.R.E.A.D., Dear Coffee Bakery, and Dough Concept, among others. Some vendors will offer market-exclusive items available only during this event. The exclusive "Carb Freedom Pass" (early bird price: HK$128; on-site price: HK$158) offers six special benefits, including three vouchers for baked goods, a carb-themed charm workshop, a limited-edition creative bread bag, a HK$50 electronic voucher, market tasting and discount coupons, and a box of OATLY oat milk.
