Popular brands making appearances include 33 Cubread, Hang Seng Stories, Yuchen Bakery, Baking Table Culture, Four Happiness Bakery, Kwan Heung Bakery, Little Baking Lab, Justbread, Taste + Bakery, MY B.R.E.A.D., Dear Coffee Bakery, and Dough Concept, among others. Some vendors will offer market-exclusive items available only during this event. The exclusive "Carb Freedom Pass" (early bird price: HK$128; on-site price: HK$158) offers six special benefits, including three vouchers for baked goods, a carb-themed charm workshop, a limited-edition creative bread bag, a HK$50 electronic voucher, market tasting and discount coupons, and a box of OATLY oat milk.
