League of Legends LCK CUP Finals 2026

2026 LCK Cup Finals in Hong Kong presented by CGA. The finals will leave Korea for the first time and be held in Hong Kong for the first time. The event will be held at Kai Tak Sports Park from February 28 to March 1, 2026. Each competition day will feature a Bo5 (best of five) high-intensity showdown, directly determining qualification for the world-class international First Stand Tournament (League of Legends Global First Stand). Ancient Egypt Unveiled: Treasures from Egyptian Museums

The Hong Kong Palace Museum presents the largest, most comprehensive, and longest-running display of ancient Egyptian treasures in Hong Kong. This landmark exhibition features 250 precious artefacts from seven major Egyptian museums and the Saqqara archaeological site, organized in collaboration with the Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt. The exhibition traces 5,000 years of ancient Egyptian civilization through four thematic sections: 'The Land of Pharaohs', 'The World of Tutankhamun', 'The Secrets of Saqqara', and 'Ancient Egypt and the World'. Highlights include colossal statues of Akhenaten and Tutankhamun, gold ornaments, large-scale coffins, animal mummies, and latest archaeological discoveries. All artefacts are displayed in Hong Kong for the first time, with many exhibited outside Egypt for the first time.

Ryuichi Sakamoto | seeing sound, hearing time

This exhibition celebrates the legacy of composer, producer, and artist Ryuichi Sakamoto (Japanese, 1952–2023). Sakamoto is renowned for his award-winning film scores, extensive cross-genre collaborations, and tireless spirit of exploration. The exhibition features the monumental, site-specific installation 'async-immersion' (2023), a collaborative work between Sakamoto and artist Shiro Takatani, presented as part of Sakamoto's 'installation music' series.

CR7® LIFE Museum Hong Kong

Fong Hung Music Gathering 2025/26

From September 1, 2025 to May 30, 2026, Tai Kwun presents the Fong Hung Music Gathering at the Laundry Steps. Tai Kwun, as a vibrant and community-gathering space, is committed to building a cultural platform that embraces creativity, diversity, and community connection. By providing a stage for emerging and independent creators, it promotes innovative storytelling and artistic expression, echoing the evolution of the city's cultural context. "Tai Kwun Stone Steps Cinema" and "Fong Hung Music Gathering" provide important exhibition and performance spaces for independent films and small-scale music productions, giving them opportunities for display and exchange. Entering the 25/26 season, this dual series will debut with a new curatorial direction and lineup, allowing different categories of film screenings and live performances to flourish and resonate together. Since 2021, "Fong Hung Music Gathering" has realized its artistic vision by creating an intimate stage presenting live performances of different styles from classical, jazz, pop to world music. The program is curated by independent musicians and producers, encouraging them to present the diverse landscape of Hong Kong's music industry from unique perspectives. Starting September 2025, the program will expand to cover broader musical territories including indie music, jazz, musical theatre, folk, and ambient music. Musicians will also share personal insights beyond performances, allowing audiences to genuinely experience the evolution of different musical styles. The season will kick off on September 5-7, 2025 with "Sound the Future," curated by veteran curator and producer Lung Chik Chi, showcasing Hong Kong's vibrant independent music scene. The program gathers indie singer-songwriters and bands of diverse styles, with performances by OJ Reambillo, ROSEMANCES, Joya, CHANCHARLIE, and Wing It Dawn. Opening Hours: Daily

Wild Togetherland Interactive Art Exhibition

This Christmas, GATE33 Gallery joins hands with Hong Kong-based non-profit ALAN (ARTISTS who LOVE ANIMALS & NATURE) to present a multimedia exhibition exploring coexistence of humanity and nature in our shared urban habitats through artists' works from Hong Kong, Japan, and Italy. The engaging and playful interactive art experience invites visitors to navigate the urban environment through the eyes of wildlife—encouraging empathy, respect for other species, and a renewed awareness of balance and harmony within our shared world. Featuring 10 international artist collectives, the exhibition includes interactive installations such as 'My Tail Generator' by Sino Inc. from Japan, 'RGB Landscape' by Carnovsky from Italy, and works by Hong Kong artists exploring urban wildlife coexistence. Admission is free, with weekend and holiday docent tours available.

Eileen Chang's Repulse Bay: Love, Fragility and Beauty

The Repulse Bay Arcade presents 'Eileen Chang's Repulse Bay: Love, Fragility and Beauty' exhibition, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the renowned Chinese writer's passing. The exhibition explores the deep connection between this literary giant and the iconic Repulse Bay Hotel. Running from October 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026, the exhibition invites visitors to journey through the history of the Repulse Bay Hotel and Eileen Chang's literary brilliance, discovering how the hotel became a source of inspiration for this legendary Chinese literary figure and influenced her creative work during times of change. The exhibition features precious artifacts including the hotel's 1941 menu, historical photographs, and previously unreleased materials that witness the glorious history of the Repulse Bay Hotel. Additionally, the exhibition specially displays reproductions of Eileen Chang's manuscripts and letters generously loaned by Hong Kong Metropolitan University, allowing visitors to glimpse into Eileen Chang's inner world and understand how the Repulse Bay Hotel nurtured her exploration of desire and pursuit of beauty in a fleeting world.
