Designed by Studio Paolo Ferrari with over 20,000 hand-crafted lights in luminous green tones, the space features a pioneering terroir-driven cocktail programme by François Cavelier and fermentation-forward plant-based cuisine by Chef Lisandro Illa (formerly of Noma). Quarterly rotating menus explore global terroirs through innovative cocktails and vegetarian haute cuisine, complemented by live music and panoramic skyline views.
