Chachawan is Hong Kong's first Isaan Thai restaurant and bar with no service charge, specializing in northeastern Thai cuisine from Thailand's Isaan region. This unique eatery is a collaboration between hotelier and restaurateur Yenn Wong and Nahm protégé Chef Adam Cliff, bringing authentic Isaan cuisine to Hong Kong. The restaurant serves richly flavoured dishes with raw, authentic flavors that are a rarity compared to the usual Thai fare available in Hong Kong. Operating daily with lunch from 12-3pm and dinner from 6:30-11pm, this establishment offers an uber cool dining experience focused on northeastern Thailand-inspired cuisine.
